Trumpets and Timbals

This virtual space is born as a result of our union as a family and one passion in common: A GOOD TABLE on its widest meaning. To be honest, it wasn´t difficult to find asubject to enjoy and develope the devotion we have for olis, soups, marinates, sauces and pans. 

Having been separeteed by thousands of miles and having been very few the ocassions we can meet all four of us, we certeinly know the way to celebrate so precious gathering. There's not disagreement: Treat ourselves with a feast to our palates, shank ourselves under a cascade of flavours and stay together for hours... as long as we can, ang get the most of it, to share with you every single experience.

Spanish saying says: If you want it, you can do it... And we want( over everything) to share every table, every wine, every TAJA( piece of meat)... By the way, I love the way how english speekers pronounce this word, hahaha. 

Because we passionately live every experience around a dish in good company, because we are looking forward to exploring and learning everyday about this gastronomic planet. THis blog will be a point of meeting, a corner to talk open wide, our delicate space, our jungle where we will contagious you with our love foor food and beverage. 

It's law(blood) to start introducing you to SERGIO, the second of the brothers but the alma mater of this blog. Without a doubt, the creator and the most enthusiastic of us. Amazing professional as a intensive care nurse, our mirror to look at. He will be the most active blogger for sure. 

ALBERTO, always a scientist, sorrounded by structures, engines and numbers,succesful engineer, living in South East Asia. He has had the oportunity to taste food we only dream of. International cousin will be his part( with Diego). 

DIEGO, the youngest. He decided very soon Gstronomy was his field. In fact, he is the only professional of the family here. Having had worked worlwide in 5 countires but always following his mediterranean instinct, he will teach us from how to cut a fish properly to how to decorate a table for pur most selected guests. 

Last but not least, myself. DAVID, the second on board here, i am probably the most cook of the family. I love cooking and I wouldn't mind to work as a cook but medicine captivated my soul when I wasn't even able to talk. Biogastro will be my section. 

Well, just to finish, apart from Diego, we are not proffesionals and our intention is just enjoy. We only ask for respect and tolerance to participate here. Feel welcome to join us in this Wonderful trip.
